How long have you been in business?
We have been conducting home inspections since 1995. In this time, we have performed over 26,000 home inspections. We are one of the largest independent home inspection companies in BC.
What are your qualifications?
We are members of the Home Inspectors Association BC (HIABC). We are provincially licensed through Consumer Protection of BC. Since 1995, our inspectors have been upgrading their training annually, and through additional seminars and conferences, stay abreast of developments in home building, renovations, and maintenance. In addition, we have extensive experience with home building and renovations.
What do you inspect at a house?
We inspect the home from top to bottom, inside & out and everything in between to evaluate all the major functional components and systems of the home including: Roof, Exterior, Structure, Attics & Crawl Spaces, Electrical, Heating & Cooling, Insulation & Ventilation, Plumbing, and Interior.
What type of report do you provide?
We use an Electronic Report that provides details of the inspection in an easy to read PDF format. We will provide you with a report on the same day of the inspection.
How much does an inspection cost?
Our typical fee for a home inspection (condo, townhouse, house) is $450 - $800. Different factors of the home may affect the fee schedule. Please contact our office personnel for your inspection quotation.
When are you available to do inspections?
We are available 7 days a week to do inspections.

What are my payment options?
We accept Cheque, Visa and Mastercard. The fee is payable at the time of the inspection.
